Terms & Conditions

GBS-Language Consulting Sevices!

1. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify the German Language Schools and German Teachers for our candidates, facilitating students with the right resources.

2. GBS service charges cover consultancy fees, the fee for the entire course, and help with language school and German language teachers.

3. We empower candidates by providing essential German skill training tailored to specific jobs, studies, or training programs, ensuring they gain the skill sets before embarking on their dream careers, studies, or training.

4. We are only responsible for finding the right German schools and German teachers for the candidates. We take responsibility for the first 14 days of the candidates joining the classes. After 14 days of German classes, if any issue arises, GBS will not be held responsible.

5. If a candidate does not follow the training rules, complete the tasks, attend regular classes, or exhibits non-seriousness and any unacceptable behavior during the classes, we may end our services to the candidate.

6. The candidate must exhibit proper conduct in the classroom and during classes and consistently complete all assigned tasks and homework.

7. When a candidate books language training with us, we are only responsible for providing the training. We are not responsible for job placement, vocational training, study placement, or career counselling. If candidates wish to avail of these, they can avail of them for an additional fee.

8. Candidates must provide authentic educational qualifications and experiences in their CVs. If any misinformation is discovered during verification, our company will not be liable for service, and the service fee will not be refunded.

9. We are committed to refunding the fee if a candidate is dissatisfied within 14 days of the classes.

10. In case of any personal reason, candidates wish to discontinue their classes; in that case, the fee is non-refundable.

11. We are only responsible for the German language course and services, not for the German language exams conducted by Goethe, Telc/Ösd/Daf/daz/BAMF. The candidates themselves shall bear all examination fees.

What we do with your Data

We share your information with the appropriate sources of Understanding German Language Schools and Trainers.
We may share this information with regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we are required or permitted to do so.
We share your data with our third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf such as our CRM provider, our website service provider, and our job application providers, our IT providers, all of which we have entered into agreements with that they will not use your data outside the scope of the services they provide us.
Clients or candidates to facilitate the language school/Trainer search process where the appropriate consent is obtained.
Third parties help us by developing services and processes to optimise the student’s language learning process in order to improve the quality and efficiency of online language learning.
Prospective Language schools/Teachers/Trainers where you have provided understanding Language training as a reference.
Individuals and organizations who hold information related to your reference such as current, past, or prospective employers/Instituation/University/Schools.
